Originally designed as an office building, the revised Tribune Tower development is now reimagined as a 37-story, 680-unit residential tower. The project would also include 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, with parking for residents to be located in an adjacent garage.

Rising nearly 570 feet above 2nd Street in Downtown Los Angeles, the tower would feature a large pool and deck at the tower’s base, open-air decks, interior amenity spaces and a fitness center.

Construction of the tower could begin as early as 2022 and be completed by 2025.
