FLIGHT is proposed as a two-phase, 38-acre office campus that will boast 870,000 square-feet of office space. It’s being marketed as the first ground-up creative office development in Orange County.
It’s set to rise at the intersection of Flight Way and Barranca Avenue in the City of Tustin, on a site that once served as a Marine Air Corps base.
The first phase of the project, set to open in Spring 2019, includes a collection of low-rise and mid-rise structures totaling 470,000 square feet of office space. The second half of the development is expected to provide an additional 400,000 square feet of office space to the surrounding property.
