The proposed 6th & Alameda Project — dubbed 6AM for its location along 6th Street between Alameda and Mill streets — consists of a series of mid-rise concrete structures and two 58-story buildings along Alameda Street, each standing over 700 feet in height.  The $2-billion mixed-use complex would include 1,305 apartments, 431 condominiums, a 430,000-square-foot hotel, 250,000 square feet of office space, a 29,000-square-foot school, 23,000 square feet of gallery or museum space and 128,000 square feet of shops and restaurants.

Construction for the project is not yet slated since it’s still pending City of Los Angeles development approval.
