Figueroa Central is a skyline-altering, mixed-use development that recently broke ground in downtown Los Angeles, across the street from Staples Center.  The $1 billion project will consist of three high-rise towers on 4.6 acres of land, offering 504 luxury condominiums, a five-star hotel and approximately 200,000 square feet of “high-end” commercial space.

A 49-story North Tower will rise 677 feet above street level and will include a 183-key hotel and 164 luxury condominiums.  The development’s twin South Towers will each rise 40 stories, peaking 530 feet above ground and will each include 170 condominiums.

The development will provide 990 above-ground residential parking spaces and 480 subterranean-level public parking spaces.
